Good Day GCRUD Fam!
Can I ask if it is possible to put placeholder on Input Fields?

You can use the callbackAddField() method, although I think it is overkill for such a simple task.
$crud->callbackAddField('input_field_name', function () {
return '<input class="form-control" name="input_field_name" type="number" value="1" max="100" min="1" placeholder="101" />';
});
