Hi Johnny!
In previous versions of grocerycrud we could disable the bootstrap css loading with the unsetBootstrap().
I see this is removed from v3, how do I accomplish the same thing, the css in grocery crud is interfering with my current css
Hello @johnny,
Yeah I’ve added it to my code. I hate having to modify core library files but it works for now.
Hello @johnny,
Yes please, it was a super important feature to be able to sort the column with or without a relation table attached to it.
When you have time if you can explain in more detail maybe we can find a workaround for it!
Thank you so much
@johnny no worries! I thought it was strange too. Can you take a look at my other question about the setRelation and sorting?
Thank you so much!
Hi Johnny, I noticed that when I have a setDependentRelation enabled and CSRF protection, the ajax search query filter doesn’t work for that column, it’s giving a 403 when doing the query. I had to manually add the csrf variable on the ajax request inside the Grocery Crud Enterprise JS.
Hi Johnny,
I just noticed that on my previous GroceryCrud 1.x I was able to sort the columns even if I had a relation enabled in them, but now using GC Enterprise if I use setRelation I lose that ability?
How do I get it back?
Thank you so much
Thank you so much Johnny I will test it out and let you know!
@johnny,
Thanks for the work-around, I will try it out. I am interested in the custom model section that could help me filter the data. As I have said before, there is a lot missing on the documentation of grocery crud about how to create a custom model for CI4, all that is there, is a CI3 example…
Hello,
on the config file of grocery crud enterprise I have it set up as “us-date” however on the datagrid it’s still pulling from the database as sql-format while using setRelation
@johnny any insight?
Hi @johnny !
Thank you so much for providing this explanation.
I am a little confused in terms of how the GroceryCrud Enterprise Models work.
In CI4 I’m able to create my own models and call them out in my controllers and that’s it. In GC, do I need to use the specific functions listed in Model.p…
I’ve been trying for a couple days to create a custom model. The documentation for CodeIgniter 4 is completely missing.
I used to be able to use $this->db in codeigniter 3 while using GC but I can’t do that in CI4 so what is the equivalent?
