Hello, you can install the ckfinder plugin from CKeditor or use an altenative editor with this feature.
For my experience, it’s never a good idea. The user can’t create a good page, it’s too difficult without use ccs. And preconfiguerd css can’t be cover all cases. Ask to John how to insert the JS file needed, I don’t know how with the V 3.0.
